- Try to exercise 3 times a week minimum for 30 minutes a day of moderate-high intensity exercise
- Limit yourselves to only drinking once a week and not having over 3-4 drinks on the occasion
- Cut out excessive amounts of sugar and try to get sugar from natural sources like fruits
- Limit the amount of high-fat red meats and try to cook only with olive oil or bake/broil your meats
